ooooh nostalgia.

The best I can raise you guys too is my Commodore 64 complete with 1541 MkII 5 1/4" disk drive and C2N tape player. Add a nice Action Replay MKVI cartridge in there and fast load times could actually be achieved!

Still have a go on stuff like Spellbound, Finders Keepers, Ghosts n Goblins, Green Beret, Feud, Bards Tale and a few others when the need hits.

Frontier: First Encounters owes me more of my life back than any game...

Anybody up for some Spin Dizzy?

Oh an Fatian, I had a ZX80 as well but it was bust (and purchased long after it was made!)

Oh I also own Stone Henge the worlds oldest computer! Pwnd! :D

I think we still hava a Video Genie II somewhere at home, in all it's 8K BASIC awesomeness. I remember playing David Ahl's conversion of 8x8 grid Star Trek to the BASIC format on it - still have his book of 101 Games for BASIC.

I've got "Revs" for the BBC-B on 5.25" floppy (proper floppies ;)) if anyone can use it? Plus a few other bits 'n' pieces in a rigid disc box.

:D

I never even knew of the sinclair! So unfortunately my earliest nostalgic past only lies with the NES, and i blew that up by playing football in the house and the ball hit a vase onto the nes and telly :(.

Cheer up, you can play Manic Miner here.

Admitidly, not as good as the one I use to play on the C64.

Do we get the 7 minutes of yellow and blue lines accompanied by a shrieking machine?? If not, it's just not going to cut it. 'Has it crashed? I dunno....I think it might have.....lets give it another minute or two.....'

I'm afraid not.
It is more like 7 seconds install then 1 second to load. If you are lucky it may crash when you exit though, it happend to me.
