You've not really made any sense. Are you trying to setup webmail for other people and offer it as a service? If so Roundcube makes sense as a suggestion. Otherwise... hotmail, gmail etc...

But I want it to be open source. Not Thunderbird because that is not operated via a brower - i want to be able to access it anywhere.
