Hello Sic

Its ok really, i'm not trying to force it down your throat honest (

) but when people say extentions make firefox better, the most useful extensions are already part of the way Opera works in most cases...
This is going to get confusing...
Adblock is urlfilter.ini in Opera (fair enough is doesn't update automatically, but it never let me down, and is very lightweight.
fair enough though as you say adblock updates so is slightly better ican honestly say i've never neeeded to update more time than i install opera (although i install opera a fair few times

) but i really have never needed to update the list as they're not exact references, they work off specific rules
Cookieculler i assume deletes dodgy/3rd party cookies etc...? This is all possible with the right settings in Opera i'm sure, but i'm not so anal about cookies personally, like most people. nope it protects any cookie i set it to so when firefox deletes my cookies these will not be deleted
Customise google can probably be done with either css and UserJS probably, might not be so easy though, script may already be out there for you.
customizegoogle doesnt customise the look, when you search it will provide a list of the most searched phrases from what i am typing, so typing ov and it provides a load of things starting with ov, the 5th of so is overclockers, very useful as almost always i only ever have to tyype one quarter of what i want and it is there I see, well Operas in built History search works exactly like that in the url or type "h xxx" and you can search for xxx within indexed pages (for when you forget a page url, but remember unique content words, which is VERY helpful).
Fireftp no idea what it does.
file transfer client so i can put my files onto my websites but also keep my settings from one computer to another, unlike if i used something like filezilla when going to another computer i would need to reenter all the sites details Surely any other webFTP would do this then, with passwords saved in wand.
formsaver i guess fills in forms automatically, opera wand does this and remembers your passwords for you too (very well i must say as well!)
not sure how opera wand works but if its like all the other form fillers formsaver is better in that i just right click a form and click save, this is then saved as a bookmark and when i am back at that form click that bookmark, making it possible to save any field, not just gues at filling fields like name, email etc The passwords are only saved localled (for obvious security reasons) and auto form filling is limited to ab out 20ish "normal" fields, you can't save a form technically, but it you acidentally navigate away as long as Opera uses its cache the form is always filled out as long as it wasn't submitted. Honestly want is on the the most integrated and powerful password savers i've ever used, its know for being pretty damn good too if you search around.
foxmarks i guess is some bookmark thing? i use inbuilt search of del.icio.us for myself, and/or opera link to make bookmarks available anywhere. ok well
foxmarks seems easier to me though i dont fully know hnow how what your suggesting works but foxmarks requires me to do nothing Right i've either got normal bookmarks which i can set words, for instances i type "tv" i go to
this, and iPlayer i go to
this. I can use ctrl 1-9 for speed dial, or i type "d xxxx" and this shows a search of del.icio.us as if i'd used their search (for either my tags or global), or i could set that to stumbleupon which im in the process of moving to... Also if i just type and two words or more with a space in the url that are quick searches (one letter things i've assigned, for me, a, g ,gf, w, gi, guk e, etc...) then i get redirected to a google im feeling lucky page, so i know loads of shortcuts already, "t mobile" etc... Sounds convoluted, but because you have literally a million different methods of getting somewhere you naturally choose the quickest
foxytunes i have no idea what it does. lets me control whatever music
application i want, well for me it will be winamp, from within my browser
Ah sounds alright, but another a slightly un-needed extension, i for one use media keys and mediamonkey to choose my music for me based on last.fm xml data
ie. tab is a right click menu in opera ok its not built right in, but it opens the page your on in ie right there and then.
Image zoom in a script im using now called autosizer.js, and i also use an image preloader for default apache index root folder location palce thingys....
also i forgot to mention Opera page zoom is the best i've ever used, since opera are in the mobile business too it really shows off in their desktop browser, and zooming on pages is consistent and *everything* zooms (and wraps if you want it to do so) so maxing youtube flash in webpages where you normally can't allow it is a shortcut key away
No idea what the overclockers menu is, i cant see it being that usefull really...
very handy as it is a drop down menu of the forums, so i can easily navigate from one place to the other with one click, one click down drops down, then the click up selects the place i have ocuk forum page saved as "ocuk" so i navigate back to that by pressing f2 typing ocuk enter, and i'm at navigation, i could set more up but i've never really needed it tbh...
Web Dev is firebug (yes its not right here yet i know)
i didnt actually include firebug, i said web developer, they are different things, which again used all the time oh is sounds possibly like the "validate" option then within the opera menu possibly
Webmail notifier i either use Digsby or Gmail notifer, or i could use the built in mail client within opera to connect to gmail via pop/imap just for informing me or using as a full fledged mail client.
can you specify any email address? and an unlimited amount? Any email address as long as its pop/imap AFAIK and unlimted definately, its just an email client, its not pretty right now though, its undergoing transformation for Opera 10 (a little down the line) but functionally its actually perfect just to make you aware of emails definately. Personally as i said, i actually use Digsby becuase thats my IM too
Bloody hell theres a lot above now!
