Oppo Find 7 Thread

Overall pretty nice but there's just not enough there to warrant me really wanting it.

A great package nonetheless.

That's my view as well. If it were readily available and I could try one, I might be more interested. It's also not particularly cheap either! I do like the carbon back.

Hope we see this fast charging tech in more phones soon.

Agreed.

Looking forward to the full reviews. I wonder how they implemented the quick charge and if there are any downsides.

They couldn't have used a more dire and dead looking wallpaper!!

Not really getting the hate,
As i see it,

Sick screen
Decent
3GB ram
Most current and best chip available
Very good looking camera
Nice big battery
Titanium construction
The coolest led nofication light the world has ever seen
As for the OS, Surely anyone who gets this phone is rooting it out of the box?

As i see it the only negatives are the physcial size (due to) Screen size ( which is a Preference)
4.3 (see above)

color OS is nice :) I've got it on my find 5 and it is really nice.. that wallpaper is terrible tho! especially on find 5 when the screen is nice and punchy and looks soooo fricking good with a nice wallpaper.

It does look very good when you tick the weather option :)

MOARRRR!

it's a beast of a phone.. all around best performer this year for sure! just that screen is too big for my liking.

Same about the screen. I measured it up earlier against my Find5 and it is a little taller. Those specs are just OTT though. Can't wait to see european pricing on the thing.

Just out of interest -what version of Android is the Oppo 5 officially running now?

Taller than the Note 3 just screams too much bezel to me.

They should release a 4.8" model. Then they'd sell some significant numbers, They are cornering themselves by only catering for phablet market.
