Order Status: COMPLETE

Hey, just a quick question.

How come it says:

"Order Status: COMPLETE"

Even though I still haven't recieved what I ordered? I'm a bit confused. :confused:
 
That means it has been sent - so the OCUK has completed their part of the order, it is the courier's job to get to get it to you now.

If you are getting the item delivered by DPD then you should receive an email which includes a link to track your item.
 
Yeah, I guessed that.

When I ordered on the Friday, I asked it specifically to be ordered on the Wednesday. Are the deliveries usually on time? Or do you think it might get delayed (I live in Scotland).
 
Order status within your account is just for tracking its internal state through OCUK's process flow. When it is dispatched and invoiced, it is considered "complete", and becomes a shipment. You should have received a DPD tracking number in the dispatch email. Just keep an eye on it using their website. As for DPD's quality of service - it varies, although I almost always got my items before or very close to the stated time. I wouldn't worry too much about it. :)

Ordered stuff Monday afternoon, checked tracking today at 10am in work. DPD said between 10.08am and 11.08am. Items were delivered and brought round to my office at 10.45 am. :)

So unless you stay in the Highlands or Islands, it will be delivered on time tomorrow.
