Haven't read through the whole thread but remember reading this is how stolen card data is used.
You've paid the eBay seller who has used the card data to buy from Amazon and send to you. You get what you paid for, seller gets money and Amazon lose out.

The seller doesn't get the card data as it's likely through Paypal. What's more likely happened is the eBay seller has taken the received funds and bought it on behalf of the buyer and then had it shipped to them with the information that they provided.

I think you misunderstand (I did too, on first read)What card data? I thought all ebay transactions were via Paypal.

OP, does the seller have lots of brand new items for sale?
Not expensive enough.![]()
Happened to me once with a book, last time I checked amazon it was more exp but when I purchased it via ebay it was more expensive than amazon (where it then came from).
I wasn't too annoyed but if I had been it'd have been with myself not the seller.
Good on the seller and shame on the OP for leaving negative feedback when he received the item he paid for.
Edit: Shame seller can't spell dispatch mind, probably some 14 year old?![]()
