Definitely the best game of last year for me without a doubt and i'm looking forward to playing the extra bits once I've got my rig back up and working!

I'm up against a log and two walls that are unbreakable and as a consequence I can't pass. Where have I gone wrong?

You have to move a rock/shell/something else into the clams that open and close when you get near them to open those doors.

Yes, I had to switch to easy in order to get past that.

I think my problem is related to an area I haven't completed properly. Why the game let me progress without the prerequisites for the next stage is another story

I did the original on Xbox so no easy mode. Trust me, just keep trying, when it finally comes together that one time it feels amazing!

I'm at the Forlorn Wood level and I think things have just gotten a bit too annoying. I'm starting to agree with your sentiment here.

This game is fantastic however I missed one damn thing in it and once you get beyond that point you cant go back.
