Origin Account Comprimised - How to recover it?

when I log in to my email ntlworld email account it's all in Russian despite changing my password, don't know how to get it back to normal

Ive been holding for 35 minutes and counting. I cant login to Origin. It recognises my email address (my id) but not any of my passwords that I use. I've tried to get it to send me a reminder email, which it says it has done (5 times) and no such email is coming through. Seriously annoyed, theres a lot of hours invested in that account.

I have had this where someone called Vladimir. Every time I change my password and email its gets changed again to [email protected]. I am going to ask EA to delete the account and forget them altogether.

I think it must have been, as I cant log in to my yahoo email account now either. I've been using that account for 13 years, it literally contains everything. Depressing.

This is driving me mad, I can't get on my email at all, completely logged out and virgin put me through to some Indian guy that I had to spell out everything I said to him at least 3 times and ended putting the phone down on him

Doesnt look like whoever stole mine has actually played anything, my email was ok but have just changed my password on that too just in case

I had to have my account banned and they have asked me too create a new one and copied all my games and online passes across. I will have to restart all my games again but at least this **** can't get on.

Yes mine was the same, going through all of my accounts etc. And changing them to individual random character passwords

It is for these reasons that a few months ago I changed my Origin password to a randomly generated 16 digit complicated password and also my linked email account to a 24 digit complicated password using Keepass.

My account just got hacked, got the email sent to me telling me i had just changed email address at 17:47. Tried calling the number here twice both times sitting on hold for 30 minutes with no awnser so i gave up. I am guessing my only hope is calling them back in the morning and hoping a get an awnser.

I can log into the account through my psn login and see its details the origin ID and email have been changed to a mail.ru address and language and location reset to russian federation and russian. I changed language and location back to UK but as they changed the password i can't do anything else.

I never log into origin and don't ever use it since the last command and conquer. Which is extremely alarming since i have never had an account comprimised before. I have no similar passwords so no other accounts have been changed but i am extremely frustrated that this was clearly an error on EA's part and it could have potentially put sensitive information at risk. Is there any way of sending an email to someone important at EA to lodge a complaint?

I would contact someone else other than EA, but no idea which official department would be suitable. Something related data protection act.

that wont help him at all in the short term to get his account back

in all honesty if you don't use it I wouldn't really worry, I doubt you have any personal/ financial details stored on the account ???? but definitely worth a call, I think the problem is they are unindated atm as the guy I spoke to said it was happening more and more, maybe I was lucky and got through within about 2-3 mins

EA really need to sort this mess out. I not been Hacked but just looking at my Account now and my god they isn't really much protection lol
Just look at what steam offer for the customer.

My only current interest is that it is linked to my PSN account. If anything i would rather they just delete it since they can't be trusted with any information. I did use the account once to buy the RA3 expansion pack since that was digital download only, so there is a possibility there could be financial details.
