A podcast I was listening to recently reckons there will be a load more keys getting handed out because they want to test a day 1 release situation so fingers crossed

Whats a "day 1 release situation" ?

Is it where its released for just one day or will these keys last until its released?

So they can test battlenet wont die on the day the game is released which they can test by releasing a megaton of beta keys at the same time so loads try and connect.

As for the graphics issues, the new 197.25 beta nVidia drivers suposely solve some of them.

dont forgret you can get banned from the beta if your found out selling these keys (even buying them) .

only turret and bunkers AFAIK, same as in SC/BW

Yeah, bunkers also now have the ability of holding more troops with an upgrade which is a bonus.

Although hasn't the Marine range upgrade been removed?

Dont think so, when you click a bunker it says something like increased range for units

It once started to download, got to around 40% and then failed. The other 50 or so times I have tried it just fails almost immediately.

Before somone says check your internet connection/ports. This connection is 100% solid on every single other online game I have played be that left for dead 2, bad company 2, cod 4, css, company of heroes, wow whatever... And yes of course downloads work fine normally.

I have reinstalled several times, turned off my firewall (standard windows 7 one), and restarted the game way too many times.
