I was disappointed to find there's not much to mock you for! Pretty solid play for a Toss player, where are your Terran replays though?
Anyway, for what it's worth, as I've not played properly in about 10 days so my advice is probably out of date already (still amazed at how fast the meta game changes), I have a few comments.
First off, yes, obviously your scouting early on let you down badly. Personally I don't drone scout, but tend to get 4 early lings (or 2 on maps where the xel'naga towers are pointless early game, Steppes being one of them), then have 1 ling popping up and down the ramp until it dies, another waiting at the bottom of the ramp, and the last 2 controlling the xel'naga towers. That, coupled with the realisation that I should never build units until I see something coming, is probably the biggest factor in my improvement lately. Anyway, the lings would have seen 2 rax and you could have responded accordingly.
Secondly, although I'm sure you're already aware, you need to be microing your blings with move commands to make sure they kill marines or you are going to lose. Quite a few times I saw blings hitting marauders, and while I know with your Toss roots your hatred of marauders is ingrained, you can't afford to do that at all.
Finally, my thoughts on mutas. Again, you probably already know this, but you need to be actively harrassing with them from the second they pop, while never losing any! At the same time you can never let them get into a straight up fight with marines until you have a critical mass (and even then only as a last resort), but bringing them in to pick off tanks/medivacs while your ling/bling army is chasing the bio ball off.
Reading that back it's not all that useful or interesting, but it's written now so what the hell, maybe it'll help someone. At the end of the day you were behind from the beginning on a map that is pretty terrible for Zerg, so you did well considering.
