Bah i was lucky enough to get a key, but gave it to a friend. Now i've seen more about it i'm wanting a go myself lol. I'll wait until the full game comes out

Nar i'll wait, not massively interested in it, just mildly curious. Shes a SC nut. I've got a love for Diablo. She has 2 accounts signed up for beta, that ups my chances of getting a beta key for D3.

ugh spent the last few minutes reading about 'map hacks' for SC2 that are already maturing :( really quite depressing to see, hope blizzard can get a system that's a little more defensible up before release..

In the meantime, be on the lookout for people who can already see into your base _._
 
Think I found a major bug yesterday when i was playing. After about 1 minute my teammate left during a ranked game. Later on I was able to build things despite only having about 20 minerals and 20 gas. I built spire, 5 mutas, hive, upgraded zerglings and some other stuff. It seemed to last about 5 minutes of this 'free stuff' then just stopped.

They sent a big attack in which i defended using my free money but another attack killed me

not sure how 2v2 works as i only started playing it last night with a friend.
But when your teammate leaves, you gain his units, and i suppose his resources too?? *shurgs*

Basically this, you use his resources and buildings etc. It's no bug, but should be a bit easier to use imo. Makes it more of a pain to manage 2 bases at once without a single resource pool :p

When you and I played as a team against Scott and a random a week or 2 ago, you dropped and I had full control of your stuff and eco, however I didn't realise this until about the time our enemies smashed your base into tiny bits. I just spammed out a few units to keep them distracted whilst I wailed on Scott's base.

sorry about that, i have just spend the last hour cloning from the start of the month. I hope you used my hydras well to hopefully take out most of the protoss base.

I thought it would have been a great game and neally put my fist through my wall when it spazzed out. The sound just locked in a loop and pc wouldnt do anything

Thikn it might be something to do with audio because no sound would play about an hour ago after a restart. Hopefully its sorted now but we shall see

Is stable in benchmarks like vantage, heaven and prime. Think it was some crap like rapture 3d thanks to dirt2

grrrrrrr nearly had toss player just then but I got tunnle vision and didn't build any top level stuff (like the big ships) so he ploughed in with carriers and ate me :(
