Ok....
You scouted the close by ground position on Shakuras. They can't ever spawn there.
3:00'ish - You went in and saw the pool had only just started yet you still went cannon before nexus. - It delays your Nexus for no reason and so did the pylon. If you go for the cannon rush, as soon as you see that many drones pulled just cancel the pylon and go home. It's not going to work and a better alternative is to pylon block the hatchery.
4:07 - You went for a cannon a full minute after you'd lost your probe. A high likeliness of just 2 lings stopping you, it was pointless. It also delayed your Gateway which could have been put up as soon as you sent the worker across the map.
5:44 - Pay more attention to when your buildings finish. If you're going to maynard then do it just before the Nexus finishes. Also you're floating a lot of chrono (not sure if there's a plan for that yet)
I can also tell you're using the mouse to scroll between places. Use the minimap or camera hotkeys.
If you chrono a nexus as you start a worker, queue up a second. That way the chrono won't be wasted and it's not that bad for your macro.
I know you said the robo was late and it definitely was. Obviously if you go stargate from FFE then you won't have a robo until the midgame but you still played blindly which is always bad. He played SUPER greedy. Expanding to a third, fourth and fifth at the 9min mark with NO units.
12:25 - He's revealed the mutas, he's poking in and out and you have all your stalkers in your base trying to stop the harass. Place down cannons. At this point if you'd have 1A'd and obviously brought a warp prism or built a proxy pylon you'd have probably won. There was no way he could attack your army head on.
It's also popular to get +3 weapons before you even think about +Armor, that doesn't mean you should though.
I've been in this problem before, it feels impossible to go and take a third against Zerg and that's quite true but what you should do is place down a Nexus and immediately start to place cannons around it; 3/4 is the right number.
14:00'ish - You move out with 12 stalkers still at home. Cannons are better than keeping a lot of your army at home (Stalkers are the right decision against terran drops though)
Also if you pop guardin shield from a sentry it negates the Mutalisk's attack bounce.
Also if you see Mutas it's highly likely he'll be going for Muta/Ling composition as Muta/Roach isn't that popular these days. If you'd have gotten your third at a reasonable time (seeing as you didn't take sny significant damage at any point) then you should place down a templar archives as storm will basically wipe all the lings it hits and Mutas will just melt.
Not sure about the Immortal at the end. Immortals are weak to Lings and obviously can't shoot at Mutas XD
It just finished. IMO it was a case of bad scouting and he just played really greedy and wasn't punished for it.
PvZ is much like TvP. If you let them do whatever they want more than half the time you'll be in a terrible position.
--- Again i've not been to bed since yesterday as I've been playing too much D3 and Sc2. If you don't understand anything then let me know.
