If it's the same leaked ending I saw over a year ago I wouldn't worry apparently they completely rewrote it.
O ok =D I hope so, not that I care about the single player too much.
Just for anyone who doesn't follow it much. The latest HotS beta changes...
-Widow Mine now has no timer and does instant single unit damage.
-Mothership core is now like a queen, it's a slow moving defensive unit.... -_-
-Battle Cruisers DPS is buffed, sprint ability removed. =D
-Creep nerf and Raven buff = On hold. (-_- Dammit Taeja and MVP!)
-Beta will start with the Carrier removed.
-David Kim believes the Swarm Host is VERY unique as it generates free units over and over. What the ****?

Only ever use carriers when playing 3s and 4s. Great unit. Too risky to get out in 1s unless you're playing a poor opponent.
It's a good late game PvZ unit. I've seen some good games in the past few months where they've been used as they're growing in popularity like the Ultralisk.
I think they're definitely makings mistake removing it because they think the Tempest plays a similar role.
It's good PvZ if you can get it up and running, but in my experience only ends games where you're already ahead. Otherwise the transition can be a bit of a pain and leaves you a bit vulnerable unless it goes totally unscouted.
The reason I like the tempest is it serves a more focused role than the carrier, but I'd love to see the carrier stay since it's such a mainstay protoss unit

Yup, only ever feel like getting carriers out when I'm winning. I'd rather crush them then than prolong the game by making x6 stargates and boosting them out. Are there any longer units than carriers to get out?
I've also 3 gate, carrier timing attack against a terran a few times and found it surprisingly effective. If they scout it you're screwed, but show up on their doorstep with 2-4 carriers and some ground units and they do a oh shii moment.

Basically Kespa said they won't have their players participating in GSL Quals due to scheduling issues (OSL, Proleague, MLG)
ESF (GSL players) pulled out of OSL.
Kespa said they'd allow their players to play in Season 5 (Not this upcoming season)
ESF has said they're staying out of OSL until Kespa players play GSL.
