Scrolling issues and annoying lag while copying large files and opening large videos in QT.
It's almost like it does this Windows thing, where Vista used to calculate size of the file to be copied instead of starting the process and providing printable values for popup later.
Same with QuickTime. You double click the video and it goes into this semi-freeze, no duration bar, no ability to click anywhere, then several tens of seconds later it becomes ready.
