leesp1101 is not your steam custom name.

To find it, go to steam webpage, log in there, click on your profile picture and look at the link of the page of your profile:

That is mine:
http://steamcommunity.com/id/coolinger

My custom name is "coolinger".
If you did not set up a custom name, you will get something like
http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/12345678901234567
Then you have to enter this number.

A quick Steam Community search for leesp1101 showed this stem profile:
http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198054456593

The correct image link would be:
