(standard cooling fans that are supplied with this case, HUGE, lol)
CPU – Intel Core i7 920 2.66GHz CPU
CPU COOLER - OCZ Gladiator Max
Graphics Cards – Zotac nVidia GTX 285 AMP Edition 1GB
Hard Drive - Seagate 500GB 7200 32MB SATA Hard Drive
and 1 x 250gb sata hard drive

Motherboard – MSI X58 Platinum
Power Supply – Coolermaster 1000W Modular PSU
Optical Drive – Sony DVD -RW 20X SATA LightScribe
and another standard dvd drive

Can someone tell me, for the i7 920 with my specs, what is a very safe overclock speed to clock it to, i dont want to tempt system crashing and things like that and also taking into consideration summer weather etc too when the heat may be hotter in the house, lol, doubt it though as i have the heating up full blast now and my house if always like an oven, lol.
appreciate any help with this as a guideline before i even start, so if you think you can accuratley answers my question please let me know, thanks guys
