Note - This bundle will take upto 4 working days to complete and be tested. This is due to the fact not all processors will run sustainably at 4.20 Ghz and chip yields will vary week to week.

Me and my cousin's husband are buying an overclocked bundle sometimes within the next couple of months. I'm more of the researcher so he's asked me to find out if this bundle will be updated anytime soon, so we're not disappointed if its outdated the next day :)

At this time its hard to say how fast our bundles will change due to new hardware coming out all the time, the only thing i can tell you is this bundle is very current, you'll be getting a 4.00GHz Overclock for the hardware price of 2.80GHz

no program as of yet is designed to beat this performance, but having that extra power/performance this bundle offers you'll be able to see the increase within games and aplications dramaticaly, extra performance helps with everything you do on a PC and at this point I dont think you'll be outdated straight away :)

This bundle does offer the chance for upgrades later on to :)

Ok, well its not particularly important anyway. I'm just cautious because i bought a Q6600 and the mobo a few months before the i7's were released and i wish i'd waited. Obviously intel arent going to release ane i7 any time soon as they've just announced the 930.

FYI, i'm going to be using this for 3DS max rendering, you wouldnt happen to have seen any benchmark tests comparing the q6600 with the new i7 on rendering speeds?

the 930 is about 30% faster in non-gaming benchmarks, and the 920 can usually oc higher than the Q6600 overall due to hyper-threading the i7 is the best choice for rendering.
 
I am really interested in this bundle and I think its very reasonably priced when you look at the price for each of the individual components - is it possible to go for this bundle but change the cooling to the H50 water cooled or maybe the all black version of the megahelems cooler?

This depends on all the components together we are able to add an overclock to bundles with more memory added but this overclock would be significantly smaller due to the memory controller and more voltage needed to support the overclock, If you call our sales team and requested this action when you placed an order we would be able to try our best to get a really good overclock for you.
 
I have made this exact same combination ( cpu board and ram ) and im having a nightmare getting it to run stable at even default settings.

Sometimes the board only detects 4gb of ram and at 1600speeds the ram fails prime 95 after a few mins. Im suspecting that this ram is not compatible with this board! ( each stick tests fine individually ).
 
BIOS Settings

Hi,

I bought this system from you a long time ago and recently the battery needed replacing on the motherboard and somehow the BIOS settings got lost.

Do you keep a record of these settings and if so, could you somehow e-mail them to me.

Now this is a blast from the past!!

I had a 920 @ 4Ghz, only needed upgrading recently and lets be honest, it didn't really need upgrading. 6 years and in games it was still up there performing with the best of todays hardware, only slowed down when using SLI.
