800mhz is right,you have to double it so 800x2=1600mhz

VTT is stock at 1.05v and the timings are 9-9-9-24 2T

ok with 1866mhz try

1.10v vtt and 10-10-10-28-1t timings

idk how much dram voltage but maybe try 1.6v (dram is separate from vtt)

if it fails change 1t to 2t and try again

Thanks for the details.

Unfortunately, I've been otherwise distracted and I will try and give it a shot tomorrow if I'm able to setup my 7970

with no hassle.

Will report back once I've given it a go.
