Finally got my 3770k!

And it's been delided too

Batch: MALAY L248C117 ( Any information on it's batch? )

Now I can't seem to get this board to apply voltage properly :(

So far I've set LLC to Extreme and taken everything off auto voltages to normal.

RAM is left on auto but I've ordered some of this : http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-052-TG

CPU is cooled by a EK LTX CQS and a Phobya 480mm radiator.

Any base line settings would be appreciated.

I would love to get it to at least 4.8Ghz if possible ( BTW what's the max safe 24/7 voltage for Ivy? )

How this going need any further help. Not been around the forum this week due to benching commitments.

howmuch cpu/vtt are you using? it should pass those with ease and less than 1.4v

around 1.2v to 1.25v

did you follow the guide? c states should be fine enabled

set everything to stock and see how much your default cpu voltage is

latest bios might help too

I followed it exactly :(

BIOS is the latest official release

With everything set to 'auto' I got the following during a run of Cinebench

Max Vcore - 1.236

Lowest idle Vcore - 0.972v

how much in the bios at default/auto clocks? it will be in the system info page I think

it depends on your chip, but id expect 4.5ghz with around the 1.25v mark, more if unstable

its not bad but not great either

maybe try 1.27-1.3v for 4.5ghz? upto you if you wanted to try the other cpu no idea on week 44 tho

week 45 are golden

for reference I use 1.212v for 4.5ghz

I've gone for the Costa chip......

Apparently it's Intel Burn Test stable at 4.7Ghz with 1.25v so seems decent.

BTW... What's the max safe volts for Ivy?
