Quick intro: I haven't overclocked a CPU since the 3rd gen Intels, so I am rusty to say the least. I recently replaced my 7700K with a Ryzen 1700 for better rounded performance, and decided to overclock it properly while I was at it.
So far I've managed to reach 4Ghz @ 1,375v stable (an hour of Prime95, Cinebench and some gaming) on custom water. It runs about 63C once the loop heats up, which seems fine. However I wanted to double check none of my BIOS settings are working against the OC (ability to clock down as needed would be nice) or might be too high compared to safe voltages.
Clock Ratio 40
Core Performance Boost : Off
SVM Mode : Off
C-State Control : Off
Downcore : Off
Memory is running at 2933 (3200Mhz TridentZ RAM)

VCORE SOC: 1.1v
Dynamic SOC: Auto
VDD18: 1.8v
VDDP: Auto
DRAM V: 1.2v
DDRVPP: 2.5v
DRAM Termination: 0.56v
