There's another odd CPUz report. According to an earlier post the Memory:CPU ratio is set at 2:1 but according to CPUz the FSB is at 325 and the RAM is at 406. Something not right there, surely?
Hi there,
I was in a similar situation as you when i first started overclocking my 6300
I finish work tomorrow at 12pm and will be happy to help you out if your around
PS If you happen to read this tonight i want you to go into bio's and load Optimized default's save and then then exit and return to bio's
Once your back into bio's enter MB (MIT) and set system memory mutiplier to 2.00 then once again save and reboot.
Then boot to desktop and get cpuz up, Your ram ratio should now be 1.1 and your ram timing should be 5-5-5-18(Don't worry about these timming's just yet we'll sort them out )
Test that geil ram with memtest 86 it might run windows ok but as soon as u stress it it craps out mine did. Test at stock settings mem at +0.3 volts 4,4,4,12 timings 800mhz, dont overclock your cpu yet leave that at stock.
