You will get -c with a phase and with a chiller i think you would get about 10c or so depends on the setup and how much you want to spend.

Of course phase gets the temps lower (negative) but as the heat transfer is already so poor I'm not sure it would make a huge difference. Especially as it would be hard to get a phase unit to remove that wattage.
