Overclocking with a certain BIOS

Hello there, I'm interested in overclocking the CPU in my system (See signiture for setup info).

The problem is that I've read a few guides and none were specific to the BIOS used on my system!

Above is the screens I see, as I use the same BIOS, could anyone tell me which things I should be tweaking, and a small example of what should/could be modifed?

The CPU/HT clock should be raised if you want to overclock. No one can tell you how much by as its all cpu dependent. Follow the guide in the sticky regarding overclocking and you wont go far wrong. Just take the CPU/HT to be FSB when reading it.
