overcoming a fear of heights?

My mother has terrible vertigo. She couldn't come up the Eiffel Tower with me and my stepdad, because she'd have felt an extremely strong compulsion to throw herself off.

Both myself and Desmo suffer with this

The difference being I stay away from edges etc but he doesn't !

i used to suffer like that too , legs would go weak and id get the feeling i wanted to jump off :/

sort of cured it when i went on an activity weekend thing with work and was harassed into abseiling, rock climbing etc by work mates taking the ****

id thank them for it now
