click on the clear OP and wait a few minutes then the set OP button should highlight once the clear OP has finished.

press the set OP button and it should do it automatically and set the 10% required.

to be honest the difference in size will not matter as its got most of the space there to use anyway.

I tried that but the option never comes back. When you press clear OP in magician it also gets rid of it in disk management too

Wouldn't bother with 10% for OP even 3-4% is plenty for the expected useful lifetime of the drive.

ya read up on it in the past and came to the conclusion that it wasnt worth it

shrinking only allows 9 percent or something i think, in disk management, shown here

if you click on custom and put in 5% does it allow you to do it there?

yes. anything under the amount its set at at the moment is ok, so i think its linking back to the max allowed under disk management
