they're not so big on planning laws over there - seems like every bit of shoreline around those lakes has boat sheds, moorings etc.. attached

Just finished it, brilliant and as hoped, looks like enough for a season 2.

Watched the first two episodes. It's pretty good.
Its basically an American Scandi noir.
The only thing that is bothering me is how accepting his wife is about everything. She should be hysterical! Especially when she first finds out what is happening.

I thought she knew long before the series started.
It is kind of hinted that his past is far from entirely squeaky clean and she wasn't entirely disillusioned about it also I think they kind of use the affair so that she can't take the moral high ground, etc.
EDIT: Actually it was her past more - I wasn't paying attention/tired.

It's OK so far..not really drawing back in to finish it off urgently though. Will keep at it.

I didn't get that urge to watch them all to be fair. I'm on the 7th ep at the moment and have only watched 2 in a row in one sitting, I don't find it to be that intense.Loved it, binge watched all 10 episodes in 1 session.
