Or jonnos endura, I don't tend to recommend dulux now because they've gone hugely downhill since voc 2010 came in and I don't think they deserve the business.
If you want the ultimate mould resistance that'd be zinsser permawhite. But unless your house is one large cigar humidor it's overkill, basically used for bathrooms and kitchens that get steamy as ****.
Where most people have mould problems is they bleach it, go "oh it must be dead" and carry on. Bleach doesn't kill mould, it just bleaches it. Mix bleach and vinegar to raise the PH, it'll then kill mould, then stainblock before applying emulsion.
