Panama Papers

I help my disabled neighbour once a fortnight to clean his deck and car, can I use that? As for investments, do rare Lego sets count?

I find it strange how the BBC seem to allow these kind of stories to fall off their main news.

I just switched on the BBC new at one and it wasn't even in the headlines, Trump, Drs strike, Hillsborough disaster, WHO Diabetes warning, Dog's to be chipped from today etc, not a thing about the Panama allegations.

In ye olde days...

"Todays news is tomorrows chip paper"

You should have seen the Daily Express, their front page had a huge "high energy" piece about Walnuts rather than this :p.

Because its the BBC. They are linked with all these iniquities. Much like protests not being ignored despite thousands in attendance and Jimmy Saville

Sorry yes £15 for a limited company (for some reason I thought it was more)

As for the BBC maybe its because theres no new news today on he subject. From what I heard the number of UK users of this company was really low so probably in the scheme of things not much more than a non event for the UK. round the rest of the world yeah theres probably some nice juicy stories

But so far what 'scandal' has come out of this? Ok, Camerons father had some kind of arrangement with this firm.

At this point, is there any evidence of tax evasion, I mean, exactly what IS the charge against him? Or anyone from the UK?

Maybe this information will come to light in due course, but unless there is some kind of huge smoking gun, why should anyone be surprised that this is falling to the back pages.

Where are the big huge juicy stories to be reporting on?

The very point I, and others, made several pages ago...

Biggest story I'm aware of so far is the Icelandic PM resigning, I'm still waiting to read about how most Buy To Let house owners used this scheme to fund their rental properties and prevent low earners from getting on the property ladder in the UK.

And who actually gives a toss what Camerons father did? There are questions about if it benefits the PM I suppose but it's not like he had any control over his fathers doings, is it?

Erm, he's the Prime Minister. That alone puts him in the sort of position of privilege and power that means his family's affairs are of public interest.

Secondly, it doesn't matter that he wasn't in control of his "fathers doings", what's important is whether or not he's benefitted (and is still benefitting) from his father acting in way unbecoming of Cameron's political position.

His father left £2.7m in his will, of which Cameron got officially got £300k. What's happened to the rest of his father's estate? He had a £25m offshore investment fund and owned a £2.5m stately home in Aberdeenshire.
