Unless your spending more than 20 minutes a day in very close physical proximity to the microwave (while its active) that level is completely negligible - if you are spending prolonged periods each day glued to the front of the microwave then non ionising radiation is probably the least of your problems.

Not at those levels. You'd a long exposure of many times that to cause cataracts. Something like 200mw for a 100 minutes as i recall.
