MF will sort this out, I find there CS fantastic. Any problems I've had either with themselves or the delivery has always been rectified.

This. I had 2.5 kg of chicken missing from an order and they gave me a £25 voucher as compensation. Parcelforce are flaky though, I always get a text message saying its been left in a safe place even when I accept delivery. :confused:

I won some stuff on Twitter, they company posted it yesterday with PF and it arrived safely today
