Hi, having few friends over tomorrow evening (10-12 people). We're not planning to make a proper meal so looking for some more ideas. We're thinking something like this:
Bruschettas
Couscous salad with fresh veg
Salmon wraps and ham wraps
Ham, olives, nuts, fruit and crackers on the side.

Thanks

Home made Scotch eggs and sausage rolls. Taste them how they are meant to taste. Pure awesomeness.

Sausage rolls are so darn easy as well.

Oh and you must have party rings, failure will result in death penalty. Some say "harsh" but *shrugs*

Isn't it strange how at the most upmarket and expensive events you can get away with the cheapest of snacks? I love it.

Also, "party food" sounds like one of those shock sites :p :o

I would do slow roasted pork in rolls, potato wedges or a rosti to go in roll with pork, a few sauces, relishes, pickles.

Or monster Nacho's, with a chicken layer and a chilli layer.

Or tacos, with the trimmings.

Edit. Well for next time!
