Besides the arm around him at the beginning all of her body language is saying "smile and play nice, but get this weirdo away from me". She's actively straining her neck to move away from him at the end. Looks like she needs better security, and not have to resort to "smile away the freak" like I imagine a lot of women have to do at nightclubs so they don't get accused of causing a scene.
Why put yourself in that position in the first place. It just shows poor judgement from someone who should know better. As did Boris show poor judgement, she is no different.

There's not even anything in the video that alludes to her having had a drink or anything. Some people love to dance and don't need 'substances' to get merry. Sounds like her being leader would have been a Kompromat gold mine then. Just as well. We are surely going to be safe with Liz Truss on that front, hopefully.
