Parvum S2.0 crossfire

One cable down!

Braiding with the paracord is easy but lacing the cable into the right shape and trimming the cables to their individual lengths took hours...

And around the back

Hopefully I'll have time to do the 24 pin and the two 6 and two 8 pins this weekend
I think they will be much easier than this CPU power cable. Fingers crossed anyway!

Really pleased with how the 24-pin cable turned out!
Still got some more stitching to do and need to crimp around the back but that's the hard bit out the way
The remaining cables should be easy now

Anyone know where I can get a 2 slot crossfire connector?

I'm off to make some purchases in a short while but I am struggling choosing which pump and res to go with.

I m leaning towards the XSPC Acrylic Tank Reservoir for Laing D5 which is compact and easy to place but I can't find any reviews on its performance.

Ideally I would go for a split res and pump setup for the additional flexibility but it wouldn't be tidy. I think I can fit in a standard D5 and top with a EK-RES X3 110 Reservoir

What do you guys think would be the best solution bearing in mind I am a water cooling noob!

Also, how much fluid would I need? 1ltr should be enough for this I would have thought?

Lovely build, Saving my wages like a good man for a parvum case myself to do a similar setup with water cooling. Your doing an excellent job on cables is there a guide you followed for this if so can you post a link or trust me it im very interested in the stitching tbf

The braiding method was following Lutr0's guide
Stitching was following this guide www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIr9u-sr99g

Thanks for all the great comments guys
Hopefully I will have some good updates next week
I have all the stuff to get the system running except for the res
Hopefully that will come on Wednesday as OcUk had no stock of it :(

i done the same thing looking on tube for how to's, but does take a little while to do, did you sort out a pump/res, im just saving for my loop, looking at EK Water Blocks EK-DDC 3.2 PWM X-RES 140 build is looking nice.:D

The braiding was easy and far quicker than MDPC or any other method as far as I'm concerned and it's hard to go wrong
It took 30-40 minutes to do the who of the 24-pin including crimping
The stitching is much more difficult to get right and too longer

I have picked up the D5 body and I intend to get the XSPC pump mount res
I'll see how it turns out and let you know

The pump and res you mention should do fine for most hardware and it does fit above the PSU and also alongside the radiator in the front but I wanted some more headroom so went with the D5 however it does restrict my options massively

I have spent a lot on the WC hardware alone though so it's not cheap

I might stitch my Bitfenix extentions as i think it adds a massive ammount of neatness

Personally I think it looks many times better

So these are the purchases for today!
Standard rad to replace the XFlow I used to have
Lots of fittings! 2 meters of primo chill tubing
Mayhems pastel red. This coolant looks awesome!
More MX-4 for the GPUs
And the D5. Just waiting to get the res next week

Should get most of the tubing done when I get back home to Brum on Tuesday

Just to let you know.

The 290x 2 rad space is more than enough.

I run 2 x 290x & an clocked 3770k in my parvum that has 2x 240 mm rads.

Gpu temps are around 55c with side on.
Cpu is 50 - 60. And it's naked ;)

Nice build you got going there.

This is good to know. There is hope for water cooling my Parvum with 2x7970's. Looks good and progress is steady, nice work.

it took me about two days to do my cables but i was over cautious and took my time, im still not sure on water cooling parts as still doing a list but i think i might go for a laing ddc and xspc top res, and for rads prob koolance as they are a little bit shorter than others so may have a little more room to play with between the rads, ive spent loads on the build so far and still another £500 on watercooling it yet or there abouts, but once ive got all the parts,if i was getting another case Parvum ATX when it comes out, i can just transfer most bits and just upgrade the board. but prob stick with MSI as its been a good board so far, plus ive manage a OC of 4.6 @ 1.240 and temps are quite low just using the corsair H100i so im in no rush, but still waiting to get a GPU but not sure what one yet. :D
