parvum slow at sending oders

is anyone else having issues with parvum. i orderd the R1.0 - matx case on 10th Feb any one got any issues? this is my 2nd case from them and never had any problems. i had email say sorry for delay and i was given a tracking number on mar 24th but that still says (order processed :ready for UPS)
my patience is non existent

thats nigh on 8th weeks !

doesnt sound acceptable.i know someone else who has been waiting a similar time.

Thats a very long time, I normally cancel my order after the 2 week mark.

i sent them a email yesterday and still nothing back i have all the stuff waiting but no case. may need to find a new case to fit it in

Some of their cases can be a fairly big job to build especially for a smaller outfit.

Doesn't inspire confidence though when a company goes more and more quiet.

I still have had no response from them so later on tonight Ill put in a PayPal dispute . I'm not really happy about this but I have no choice I shouldn't need to wait this long

They should at least be providing updates when it takes that long, give them a few more days to get back to you before putting in a dispute

hope you get it sorted . would be nice to have the phone number also for people who have outstanding orders so they can get in touch.
