Replied via email. Sorry for the slow speed on the order and lack of updates. We have amazing products but these two things have always been our weakness. We are looking to outsource someone to help with the emails as our small team is needed to actually produce and pack the cases.

Looking into a way to add a phone number to help customers, perhaps the Facebook request is the best way as a public phone number would just add insane volumes to an already busy workplace.
 
hmm not all use facebook.maybe through your website site ? this would be the most logical place to have it listed.

if you have to visit your site to order then all info should be on there.
 
facebook only would be a terrible idea, just stick to emails, I don't understand what the issue is - surely setting up diary entries to make sure every customer gets an update after 7/14 or however many days, inputted at time the order is accepted, you would then avoid the negativity a thread like this brings.
 
I received the email from Parvum I believe it has been sorted for now.
As for a phone number would be so much easier as I'm not a lover of emails
 
The problem with a phone number be visibly available like the rep said is they only have a staff of 2. This phone number would have to be only given out as an order has been made.
 
well this is maybe why they were on about outsourcing things to solve issues.

the brass corner blocks for eg for the cases (reason why case isnt sent )they were waiting on are available at many retailers for fixings.i know i looked online in two minutes found packs of ten for as little as 44 pence per packet.

also any machine place could make them.

hopefully this is sorted soon.
