Parvum Systems Project Magnus

Looks superb I think I like it more than the mATX one

Thank you! We are going to bring the same in built feet style to the mATX case. We did it in a render of the S1.0 and it looks great. Also means if we do a reverse options the 240mm rad in the bottom already has the necessary height for in take.

Beautiful.

Thank you. With the case put together let the ideas come! If you have any, hit us ;D

Wow... Get some kit in there. MOAR!!!!

Kit from XSPC, Phobya, Alphacool and Kingston is with us so moving forward with this next update!

wow! that is looking sweet!

Thanks Blame!

Is that a slot for dual power supply I'm seeing there?

Close but we have something else planned. Nothing too skilful as far as modding goes but a great feature. All will be revealed next update.

Hmmmmmm ive seen this somewhere lol haha!

are you a spy flame?? :o

Defo subbed :D

Lovely art and design. This system is going to look fantastic no doubt. :)

Thank you both! It should be a fun project. Was nice to plan 90% of the build within CAD, lets just hope everything fits :D

Looks really really good :)

Gutted now though as I was so thinking of an S1 but ended up with a 350D :o

That case makes me want an atx board again

It does look smart guys, keep up the good work :)

That's ok tho! The 350D is a great little case. There will be many a Parvum case coming and with our new CNC we can actually get the stock numbers up thus in time bringing the price down as competitively as possible.

looks awesome, make me an E ATX one, and we will talk ;) white and orange, you boys know the drill lol

Don't worry we will talk :D

Loving the look of it. Will this and the ITX enclosure eventually be going on general sale?

Thanks Fulax. It sure will yeah, we aim to have it up for sale at OCUK by the end of next month. Should be really eye catching little systems!

Yey another parvum case that looks ****ing sexy :D

Subbed.

Very nice design I look forward to seeing it completed

Looks awesome so far, cant wait for the next update!

Very impressive and desirable.

Thank you all very much ^^, everyone here! This thread has to be one of the most interactive of all the projects. It's great to hear from you all.

Please hit us with your ideas along the way, a lot of the case will be recut at a certain stage due to my build style so ideas along the way are very welcomed!

Awesome. I know this is a weird-ish question, but how sturdy is it with those materials?

Lets say you plant in a few kg's of parts and a few liters of coolants, is it "wobbly" at all with all those thin walls, or does it feel just like aluminium?

I think that the below image suitably conveys my feelings towards this project log so far:

Looks awesome, enjoy these threads.

Very tempting cases.

Looking awesome guys :) do love your cases and with an ATX now could be tempted to part with my cash :)

Thank you both! We will do our best to make you part ;)!

You'll be very surprised. It's solid as hell! I'd happily sit on the case with no problems. I mean I'm not the heaviest guy in the world but they are very strong. It's a combination of the curves in the mid wall and the double layer back with triple layer front. This with the addition of the bottom and top chambers make for a very strong case.

I suppose in effect the mid walls almost act like folding aluminium. We've been trying to think of a good way to show this in a video or whatever as people on other forums have been having the same concerns.

:D

Big time want although im not alone but the looks of things, can I put an order in for a black and orange one?

In due course no problem. Take the time in us doing this project log to let us know what you'd add or change if you had the chance. As that's exactly the purpose. A working prototype. All feedback heavily accepted!

Hi all, quick little mini update for you all. Had to cut some frosted at work so did the bits for the detailing and shot a quick little video at the same time.

But first we have a speedy unboxing of the FlexCage MB973SP-B. I wanted to have a nice quickly removable solution for large mechanical drives. This was the answer. It also gave us a couple of extra USB3.0 ports at the back if needed. Simply useful to chop and change drives in the work place.

Love the item. Few subtle plans. The base colour of the unit is fine no problems there. Will change the sticker to a piece of vinyl, change the fan and braid the cables at the back there. Test fit however went great. Nice as we only pulled the measurements from the technical data found on the website:

Next onto a little treat in the post from Asus: The MAXIMUS VI EXTREME!
Took a couple of nice photos of the board pre waterblocks and a what to find in the box!
Considering doing something with the OC Panel in this build:

Next we fit the male parts to the already cut female. Perfect fit fortunately :)

See you all soon! Have a great week!

So I'm looking through thinking: "hmm yeah always liked the cases and really like this build" and then
BOOM.....I see that pic dropping in the custom inlay and I just melt....
Now I have to go and re-evaluate my life.....or at least my build plans :P

Its so pretty!

Ah thanks Pencils :D, really happy with the inlay. Did Asus proud I think on this one. We have become pretty good with our inlaying now. Hope this gave you some ideas maybe.

That inlay is superb.

Love it, that pic has just sold this to me a thousand times over, will be firing over an email to you guys over the next few days, no more enthoo for me.
