Not everyone has to have an interview though do they? Or is it everyone now?

Surely there are offices around whatever area you are based? I don't fancy a trip from South West - Glasgow.

That I have no clue about, I renewed mine in August 2007, first one was got about 8 years ago or something.

Passport interviews are a new part of the application process to protect an individual’s identity. They are required by all customers, aged 16 or over, who are applying for a passport for the first time

My girlfriend works in the Newcastle one. They had someone drive up from Wales and march in reception to complain he was banned from driving and wanted his licence back
