I tried that but i can't read mirror writting so have to ask my wife or whoever near what it say each time i need to enter a password.

Seems a little silly as what if a) want to use another PC b) Firefox currupts and looses all passwords c) need install due to software/hardware error
My passwords for forums are normally a mixture of sites name, background colour (well the next one on in the rainbow) and the year I joined with lastly a family pets name.

Edit: I'm gonna have a good go with 1Password. I have the iPhone app so I should be able to access sites elsewhere too. Lets see how long it takes me before getting annoyed with having to type the master password in every time I start my laptop up. I'm guessing you guys don't let firefox store your passwords?

Good memory techniques. Over the years I've figured out how I memorise stuff and work based around that quirk.
Here's a handy hint from a previous job where I used to have to remember 20+ passwords that changed on a regular basis. Pick a sentence, any sentence, then take the first letters of each word in the sentence and that is your password. For added strength, mix and match case and add in additional punctuation, and do standard number substitution. You'll find that as long as you can remember the sentence you'll remember how the capitalisation occurs.
e.g.
Boy, it's quite sunny outside today, isn't it?

Use 3 passwords, remember them all so i alternate around them for different sites.

i tend to use game names and pc peripherals, then replace the letters with numbers and slot in the odd capital or £

I use a single password for all the forums I use, but I've 3 pages of a notebook filled with passwords for everything else.

I just remember em.
Use about 6 passwords in total, and a lot of variations/combo's of them...
Eg. On forum A I use abc1, on forum B I use def2, on forum C abc1def2, forum D Abc1Def2@, etcetc...
Always use codes, no real words...
