Looking at release dates, I imagine there will be some good prices come this time next year.

Pretty even split on the who is interested and who isn't. 3D Porn is a must have course :D

Yea this time next year will hopefully show me what suits me more and with good competition the prices should be pretty good.

3d Porn lol. Just make sure to turn the monitor off when you put the headset on as things could get rather embarrassing if someone walks into the room. What you see in the headset also displays on your monitor. With the headset on it's easy to forget the real world exists.
 
i wonder what watching films will be like or 3d films with VR?
Also some games will be really immersive such as elite dangerous or star citizen especially with hotas setup etc.
 
Not interested in VR.
Tried a friends DK2 and it was OK.
The number of games it actually seems to work with is quite limited though. I play very few first-person games, so this interests me less than 3D monitors (which no longer interest me).
 
Hololense looks quite mind blowing.

It might be minecraft, but look at the potential, skip to around the 1.45 mark for it to actually start, around 2.30 is when you say WTF!

i was thinking more star trek, borg...but you are right i am not sure which one to choice, the microsoft look a bit like google glass combination
