yeah you need an actual account, the steam key is tied to it and acts as an auth mechanism. It's in the early access faq

Yep, I've done all that. The website just keeps going down so maybe Steam can't talk to the authentication servers or something.

Presentation is fantastic already, I thought WASD would be tricky but it's surprisingly easy to adjust so far.

Stash stabs are there too!

queue speed has really slowed down, wonder if they are already near capacity
or at least in the first areas
