Nope I did not get anything like that, my password wasnt changed before hand, The thing that gets me is my passwords for all my accounts are diffirent and they are not "easy" to guess 15 strong with the usual upper/lower/numbers and symbols.
Just about to call natwest now *sigh*
Edit sorry, didnt read the post properly, I got that email when i changed my apsswords after the loss of cash
you were keylogged then or fell for a phishing scam

Thats whats bothering me.
Ive rebuilt my home rig in the past 2 days so i dont imagine i got key logged there, If its at work thats very very bad as im on a secure site.
Maybe on my htpc, but i haven't logged into pay pal there.
If it was phishing im racking my brain and cant for the life of me think when/where it happened.
Ah well it has turned out well, just a pain with password changes and new card. but its deff the better outcome![]()
If I were keylogging poeple i'd not take the money the same instant I had the details I'd wait a few days / weeks
1) so there is less chance they will know what machine I got the details from
2) less likley they will look back into their pp account
remember these people (possibly) will ahve charge of a bot net and hbe harvesting millions of login details, its possibly these details along with all your other passwords were harvested weeks ago and have only jsut been sold to someone who used them
