5.1% raise last month (where do they get these numbers?) backdated to January. That comes on the back of a one-off cost of living bonus of 15% in December.

Doesn’t matter now as I’ve spun the wheel of chance and I’m off somewhere else where they don’t micromanage their senior staff and strip you if your initiative. Comes with a 15% signing bonus and a 20% boost to my base salary. I feel blessed, but I’ve had to suffer a few years of empty promises, lack of trust to do the job and bad management. Onwards and upwards!

Basically a 90% increase since this time last year, although I was underpaid then. 40% at previous company for 'promotion' to a role I was basically already doing and then started somewhere else at the beginning of this month with another decent jump.

Just to be clear I'm still a long way from being a Gucci belt wearer but at least now getting decent pay, and I've kinda done FoxEye's (?) 5 year plan in less than a year so happy enough for now!

I got 30% but my commission structure also changed massively & a change in role changed the opportunities i've got so in reality, compared to 12 months ago it works out at about 130 - 140%

I'm expecting 5% to be announced in the coming weeks. That's after 5% this time last year and a flat £1500 rise for all pay levels at the end of last year.

(I also had 10% from a promotion last summer, but that's not really the same thing)

Nope, Switzerland. They claim not to have been effected by inflation as much... so salaries went with "Swiss inflation" when the US office got 8% - Go figure!
heh, I got 0% last year in CH for similar reasons. The company averaged about a 6% raise, but departments adjust ed based on local inflation so the CH team got almost nothing and the US team 10%
