Paypal dispute

I think it depends what you sell, certain things seem more prone to hassle.

As for paypal, unfortunately, it is pretty much a necessity for selling on ebay, if you don't accept it then you lose potential bidders and might not sell for the best price. While at the same time you'll get numerous emails asking whether you accept it and then inevitably it'll be won by someone that assumed you'd accept it without actually bothering to check.

Got this reply from the buyer today, not really surprised:

hi ive been thinking about what you have said on your listing
and you said you had opened it only to see what drive it has but
, i dont understand how you managed that as the disc tray
doesnt even open it is just flashes straight to the rrod which has
an error code of 0031 , this puzzles me a little as on looking at
under the faceplate there is no sticker or seal ?????. also have
you got the receipt for this xbox 36o so i know when it was
bought thankyou

Any advise guys.

So now he's saying that there's no seal under the faceplate ?, if that's true then that means it won't be under warranty any more, were you the first person to own that 360 ?, and you haven't open the system up yourself at all have you ?
