i have recently sold my phone on ebay, which completed friday (28th) now when i sent the invoice i said, i will send the item once payment has cleared INTO my bank account, as i have had problems before.
so monday morning comes around, and i have a Dispute opened up against me via paypal. "My item has not been recived"
i clearly stated that the phone would not be sent untill money was in my account. he has now put a hold on the payment - putting me at -£180 with paypal.
and is telling me if it is not sent today he wants his money back.
is there anything wrong with the way i have done this? i told him all along the phone wouldnt be sent untill i had money in my bank...
