PC Game Pass (was Xbox Game Pass for PC)

I've never played a game like Streets of Rage before - that type of isometric brawler side-scrolling beat-em-up. But thanks to XGP, I've played SoR4 tonight. Never would have bothered otherwise but what fun! I need to introduce my nephews to this game for a bit of co-op.

Just downloading mechwarrior 5 now on the PC, wanted to try it as it looks good
I'm torn as i'll be likely finishing gears tactics, but i really want to start far cry 5. I might save mechwarrior for when the kids are around as im sure they will like to have a go. My son especially is into robots so i'm sure hell love it.

So you have never played arcade classics like Double Dragon 1-3, Final Fight, Captain Commando, Aliens v Predator, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs or Knights of the Round Table to name a few ?

Further to other replies, not having played those games is like not having seen the Terminator, Robocop or Predator, definitely get playing them, especially Final Fight for a fairly early archetype that totally nailed the basics.

Also check out Mother Russia Bleeds on gamepass as well, extremely similar gameplay to Sor4, but don't play it with young nephews as it's much more extreme violence and setting.

Is RDR2 on the gamepass ultimate?
It will probably come at some time. MS are making 10 billion a year from Gamepass across both PC & Xbox & the publishers get a big share of that (better than losing out to grey key resellers I guess!). Sooner or later many more popular games will appear when the publisher decides they make more money this way as every time a game is installed they get a share of the sub!

It's was literally added yesterday (7th), replacing GTA 5

Oh right, yeah console only at the moment

I'm not so sure... Game Pass uses Windows Store which AFAIK doesn't let you launch other software from an app downloaded from it. e.g. You can't install Rockstar Social Club/Games Launcher as part of a download from Windows Store. I think that's why it's not available to PC. On Xbox, you sign in to RSC from within the game, on PC it's via the extra client.

CAPTAIN COMMANDO!

I wasted soooo many 20p's playing CC in the arcade's in the 90's. Man, just looked it up on YT and have a massive nostalgia trip, not heard of that in ages.

I've got them all on my PC. One thing I didn't realise was they came with hacked and modded versions. Modding games on a hardware level. Modding is older than you think.

SOR4 probably do really well its an old format released at a good time.

Is there a way to move games installed through the Xbox app? I cant find one and it seems to have installed both games on my C: drive even though i'm almost positive i selected D:.
