*** PC Gaming - Daily Deals Thread ***

Hell's Highway is an excellent tactical cover shooter. I never got round to finishing it but enjoyed every minute of what I played, the graphics, physics (limbs flying all over the place) and story are awesome too.

Found a few deals at The Game Collection:-

Kane & Lynch 2 - £2.99 http://www.thegamecollection.net/kane-lynch-2-dog-days-pc-p-3786.html

Mercenaries 2 - £1.99 http://www.thegamecollection.net/mercenaries-2-world-in-flames-pc-dvd-p-3065.html

Section 8 - £2.99 http://www.thegamecollection.net/section-8-pc-p-4499.html?keywords=section 8

Rise of the Argonauts - £1.99 http://www.thegamecollection.net/rise-of-the-argonauts-pc-p-3583.html

Played K&L 2 and Mercenaries 2... hated K&L personally, Mercenaries 2 was good from the hour I played of it but is a pretty terrible port performance wise, worth a go for £2 though

Anyone remember if Brothers in Arms Earned in Blood has Starforce?
I think it used to, but don't know if Steam version still has it...

Would just like to say a great big thank you to all the nice people who contribute to this thread ;)

Even if I am spending money on (good) games that I will never get to actually play...

Star trek online is very cheap, is it likely to be free to play any time in the near future or ever? I guess it may just get less and less active anyway? Not sure if it's worth a punt, but I don't have time to play it in the next month.

The population is reasonably low, but also very stable these days.

I don't see it going F2P in the near future. In all honest, it is only 2.37! That is a lot of content for a months play.
