Can't imagine why it wouldn't activate. Usually when I've activated keys on Origin, it gives the choice of which version to install (Albeit I've only activated a handful from the likes of Gamefly and the EA games in my Steam library)

So perhaps it sees all the keys as region free, then prompts you for the appropriate one?

At any rate, I assume Amazon US would give a refund if you incurred a region error.

FIFA 13 available for $25.99 from Amazon.com which is around £16

Has anyone bought it from there and can confirm that it will acrivate on a uk origin account? Asking for my brother since I already have it.

Yeah exactly, all steam keys work from amazon.us so I also see no reason why Origin would not work. Tempted myself

CJS have the GFWL/Steam key for 14.50 ; http://www.cjs-cdkeys.com/products/Dark-Souls-Prepare-To-Die-Edition-Steam-Key.html

Think it's the best price at the moment.

Although, I know some people don't like CJS, that Zavvi's definitely a good deal.
The extras in the box like the high quality artwork book alone are worth it but then you also get a lot of other stuff:
1 making of DVD
1 CD soundtrack
5 postcards
1 poster
make the retail version the definitive one to buy especially for the zaavi price ;)

For the same price you would be crazy to buy Dark Souls digitially especially as you also get a free digital copy on Steam if you want it with the retail key but its best to just use the GFWL DRM as no need for Steam to be running in the background that way as no DVD check either after 1 time activation & no activation limits either its unlimited.

im sure zavvi is on topcashback too btw, making it slightly cheaper still after u get that lil bit of money back :)

zavvi are pretty lousy im my experience tho :/

simply are on there too at 3.03% for software, making it £14.40 :D
