*** PC Gaming - Daily Deals Thread ***

I'm pretty sure their stock didn't shoot up because of the Humble Bundle. Which is also why it started dropping a day after, even though the Humble Bundle was doing very well that day.

Why do you think it had shot up so much?

It was due to the humble bundle as the company has a market capitalisation of only 9m. It dropped after because all the older investors sold at 50% higher prices and jumped ship. The latter is probably a good thing.

Regardless, it's all down to speculation as all the shares were valued at 9m based on all known information at the time (inc. the losses) and when it was known that the humble bundle has been launched they must have expected a large inflow relative to market capitalisation and this would push up stock values, at least in the short term.

Mass effect games are overpriced in the US, cheapest prices are in the UK from what I have seen. It's regularly at £7.50 on Origin's main site.

Nah its not for a present, for myself.

Its currently £14.99 on Origin, was hoping I could pick it up on download for below £10.

Are there any GMG or Origin codes kicking about?

I know some people were after a deal on FTL, the devs have it on their site for $5.99 and it's redeemable on steam ! :D

Works out at about £3.71 or so :)
