Found a second purchase order in my e-mail, must have made another one when I was trying to get the payment through this morning. Just tried to put the other order through now and it went through fine, so now have 8 copies \o/ probably just have to wait until Xmas next year to get the keys :p

That's just so you can download the game, ignore it. I think they have ran out of keys, as I've been looking around and some people have their keys in the normal fashion of just clicking retrieve key, but others like me and you don't have anything. See here.

So it's not a Season pass then, it's a 'have what we want you to have' pass.

EDIT: trying to get in toucgh with GG Support, connection keeps failing.
If they have no keys left then why do they appear to be selling quite happily at £14.99 now?

Geez, bought anno 2070 from GMG at about 4:30 and im STILL trying to download all the updates etc. I've got 40mb fibre!! How long will it take arghhhh

well i've sent them an email asking where the serial keys are...if they respond il post here.

Does that mean they can rescind the order? That would be major disappointment for customers if they did. So it sounds like it was a mistake in the first place?

They can still cancel and refund my money, I think most shops will try to honour the sale upto a certain point but beyond that they'll refund. It's like when OCUK moved to there new digs they had a certain number of products on wigig pricing but still had stock at higher prices.
