Went for it, doubled my sale spends but what the hell. Effectively got Walking Dead for free via 360 and some left over points from last xmas.
half tempted myself, but after getting LA Noire and Darksiders 2 yesterday, not too mentioned Dishonored from the folks for Xmas......think i may be lacking on time to play it lol

Can't be used multiple times in the same transaction, but can be used if you buy the games individually.
For example, I bought both darksiders this morning, but when they are both in the basket together, you can only use the code for one of them, but if you buy one then the other you can use it on both (or for as many games as you like
